BIBI Congratulates Dickson, NDC Leadership On Court Of Appeal Victory

Hon. Sunny Aguebor, popularly know as BIBI, NDC candidate for Edo South Senatorial District, has congratulated the National Leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, and the entire leadership and members of the party following the Court of Appeal’s decision upholding the party’s registration.

The Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Friday, overturned the earlier judgment of the Federal High Court in Lokoja which had set aside the order that led to the registration of the NDC as a political party.

BIBI described the development as an important moment for the NDC and its members, noting that the party can now continue its political activities with renewed confidence ahead of the 2027 elections.

He commended Senator Henry Seriake Dickson and the party leadership for their persistence throughout the legal process, while also acknowledging the judiciary for resolving the matter at the appellate level.

According to BIBI, the development should encourage all NDC members and candidates to remain focused, united and committed to the party's objectives.

He congratulated Senator Dickson, the National Chairman, the National Executive Committee, all candidates and every member of the NDC across Nigeria on the development.
