2027: Aiguobarueghian Pledges New Direction For Ovia Constituency
The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Ovia Federal Constituency in Edo State, Hon. Charity Iguodala Aiguobarueghian, has promised to pursue a new direction of purposeful, transparent and development-focused representation if elected to the House of Representatives in 2027.
Aiguobarueghian said Ovia Federal Constituency deserves better representation anchored on vision, courage, competence and the capacity to deliver tangible results to the people.
According to him, his agenda is focused on breaking away from what he described as old cycles of passive representation and unfulfilled promises, while building a more modern and prosperous Ovia.
He identified youth empowerment and digital skills development, modern agriculture and farmer support, improved road infrastructure and electricity, as well as better healthcare infrastructure as key areas of priority.
The NDC candidate also pledged to promote transparent and accessible representation that would ensure the concerns and aspirations of constituents remain central to legislative engagement.
He called on the people of Ovia Federal Constituency to embrace a new political direction and support candidates with clear vision and practical plans for development.
Aiguobarueghian urged voters to make their choice based on the capacity of candidates to deliver meaningful representation, rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
He said the future of Ovia depends largely on the quality of leadership the people choose in the 2027 elections.
