Nwolokoro Advocates Unity, Accountable Representation For Okigwe South
Sir Chuks Ogbonna Nwolokoro, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for Okigwe South Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, has called for greater unity, purposeful leadership and people-centred representation across the constituency.
Nwolokoro, while outlining his vision for Okigwe South, said the constituency can achieve meaningful development when its people prioritise unity, service and collective progress over division and self-interest.
Okigwe South Federal Constituency comprises Ihitte/Uboma, Obowo and Ehime Mbano Local Government Areas.
According to him, the future of the constituency depends on the ability of its people to work together and demand responsible representation that places their needs and aspirations at the centre of governance.
He stressed the importance of ensuring that every community has a voice and every citizen is given the opportunity to contribute to the development of the constituency.
Nwolokoro said his vision includes creating more opportunities for young people, supporting families, improving infrastructure and strengthening the constituency's voice at the national level.
He maintained that genuine development requires competent leadership, accountability and a sustained commitment to the people rather than promises without corresponding action.
“This is not about one person. It is about all of us,” he said, urging the people of Ihitte/Uboma, Obowo and Ehime Mbano to embrace a common vision for a stronger and more prosperous Okigwe South.
The ADC candidate further called for a new approach to political representation in which the interests of communities and citizens remain the primary consideration.
He expressed optimism that with collective determination, unity and responsible leadership, Okigwe South can achieve sustainable progress and improved opportunities for its people.
Nwolokoro is seeking the support of constituents ahead of the 2027 election on the platform of the African Democratic Congress.
