Gisaor Interfaces Groups, Inspects Offices In Makurdi
The Executive Director, Housing Finance and Account, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor, on Thursday interfaced with various groups and inspected ongoing renovation projects in Makurdi, Benue State, as part of activities marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
Gisaor inspected ongoing renovation work at his coordination office as well as the office of the Support Groups Mobilisation at the J.S. Tarka Foundation, both in Makurdi.
At the J.S. Tarka Foundation, which houses the office of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Support Groups, the FHA Executive Director interacted with members undergoing registration for the iDICE Empowerment Skills Programme.
He urged the registration agents to ensure that the exercise was conducted thoroughly, transparently and in accordance with the required guidelines.
Gisaor said the programme would provide valuable opportunities for resilient members of the constituency, particularly those who had remained committed to what he described as the Fr. Alia Project.
He also urged the support groups to sustain their mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections, particularly in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia.
The Executive Director thereafter received and visited some critical stakeholders in Makurdi and its environs as part of his Independence Day engagements.
The engagements, according to his media office, were aimed at strengthening relationships with stakeholders and fostering greater collaboration in support of development initiatives in the state.
