2027: Merogun Emerges As Voice For Better Representation In Warri South Constituency I

Dr. Michael Merogun has been presented as a potential option for improved representation in Warri South Constituency I of Delta State, with his supporters calling for a new direction ahead of the 2027 elections.

The supporters, who expressed dissatisfaction with what they described as inadequate representation in the Delta State House of Assembly, said the constituency needed a vibrant, intelligent and forward-looking representative capable of effectively articulating the people's interests.

They argued that the constituency deserved a representative who understands the challenges facing young people, identifies with grassroots communities and can champion policies that promote employment, youth empowerment and sustainable development.

According to them, Merogun possesses the educational background, exposure, energy and grassroots connections required to provide effective representation and bring fresh ideas to the constituency.

The supporters also stressed the need for a representative who would actively participate in legislative proceedings and speak boldly on issues affecting the people of Warri South Constituency I.

They identified quality representation, youth empowerment, job creation and community development as key priorities that should shape the constituency's political choices ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Describing Merogun as the face of a new political direction for the constituency, the supporters urged residents, particularly youths, to rally behind his aspiration.

Under the campaign slogan #LightUpWarri, they maintained that the time had come for the constituency to embrace what they described as purposeful leadership, renewed energy and people-oriented representation.

They expressed confidence that Merogun could offer the kind of representation they believe the constituency needs, urging eligible voters and other stakeholders to support the campaign ahead of the 2027 elections.
