OSR Unveils 2027–2031 Roadmap, Announces Constituency Tour Across Oredo

The ADC candidate for Oredo Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election, Hon. Osazee Richard, popularly known as OSR, has unveiled his proposed “Oredo Federal Constituency Roadmap 2027–2031” and announced a multi-leg constituency engagement tour across the federal constituency.

According to a statement from the Office of Hon. Osazee Richard, the tour is designed to take the candidate’s development agenda directly to residents and grassroots stakeholders while creating an avenue for interaction with market unions, community associations and other key stakeholders across Oredo.

The constituency tour, scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, will cover various wards in Oredo and is expected to provide platforms for stakeholders to engage with OSR on his proposed roadmap for the 2027–2031 period.

The first leg of the tour, tagged Oredo West Engagement, will focus on market unions and associations across Wards 9, 7, 8, 11 and 10. The engagement is scheduled for September 16–18, 2026.

The second leg, Oredo East Engagement, will focus on community associations in Wards 1, 2, 4, 5 and 11 and is scheduled to hold from September 22 to 26.

The third leg, also under Oredo West, will engage community associations and other stakeholders across Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 12 from September 28 to 30.

The final leg, described as Oredo West Consolidation, will bring together market unions, associations and ward community associations across Wards 8, 9, 10, 7 and 11. It is scheduled for October 13–16, 2026.

The statement said the specific meeting points for each engagement would be communicated to stakeholders ahead of the respective dates.

The constituency tour forms part of OSR’s grassroots engagement strategy ahead of the 2027 elections, with the candidate expected to use the engagements to present his proposed development roadmap and interact directly with communities and organised groups within Oredo Federal Constituency.

The Office of Hon. Osazee Richard urged stakeholders and members of the public to participate in the scheduled engagements as the candidate takes his proposed 2027–2031 agenda to the people.
