Ledogo Amabu Calls For Wider Access To WaaGovernment Book, Promotes Patriotism, Nation Building

Pan-African development writer and nation-building coach, Ledogo Amabu, has called on Nigerians, schools, libraries, organisations, institutions and community groups to obtain copies of the WaaGovernment Book as part of efforts to promote responsible citizenship, patriotism and sustainable national development.

Amabu, who is the author of the WaaGovernment Book Project and Convener of the Love for Country Campaign, said the initiative seeks to put relevant ideas for national transformation in the hands of citizens, particularly young people and the next generation.

According to him, individuals who desire a better Nigeria and want to contribute meaningfully to the country's rebuilding process should see the book as a resource for understanding education, citizenship, democracy, leadership and community development.

He encouraged schools, libraries, organisations, institutions and community groups to take advantage of bulk-order opportunities, stressing that wider access to knowledge and constructive ideas is essential to building a more responsible and patriotic society.

The book project also offers partnership opportunities in book marketing and distribution, school and institutional outreach, community engagement, the Love for Country Campaign and live performances of the Reformation Song.

A related title being promoted under the project is Education: The Bedrock of Nation-Building — A Reflection on Education, Citizenship, Democracy, African Development, which Amabu presents as a resource for students, scholars and others interested in the relationship between education and national development.

The publication has also received commendation from Professor Vincent Idemyor of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, who described it as a recommended resource for students and scholars interested in academia, industry and government.

Amabu said the broader objective of the initiative is to encourage Nigerians to read, share ideas and become active participants in the process of rebuilding the country.
