Gisaor Calls For Grassroots Mobilisation For Tinubu, Alia’s Re-election
The Executive Director, Housing Finance and Account, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor, has called on Nigerians, particularly the people of Benue State, to intensify grassroots mobilisation for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Gisaor made the call at various political engagements in Makurdi over the weekend, including the inauguration of a grassroots political movement, “Tinubu Alia Ka Gisaor.”
He urged members and supporters of the movement to deepen their presence at the grassroots, mobilise more citizens to identify with the All Progressives Congress (APC), and build wider support for the re-election bids of President Tinubu and Governor Alia.
The FHA Executive Director also encouraged the movement to take the message and achievements of the Tinubu administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda to communities across the state, while engaging citizens constructively and encouraging those yet to identify with the APC to join its fold.
Speaking as a Distinguished Guest at the “Return Ticket for Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia” celebration organised by the Mbangur Development Association, Makurdi Branch, Gisaor commended the APC in Benue State for its confidence in Governor Alia.
He said Benue was at a critical stage of development and could not afford to lose the opportunity to sustain the gains of the present administration.
According to him, Governor Alia remains the right person to continue leading the state and consolidate ongoing development efforts.
Gisaor pledged his commitment to supporting the re-election of both President Tinubu and Governor Alia, while urging the people of Benue to remain steadfast and actively participate in the mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 elections.
Earlier, the FHA Executive Director received a solidarity visit from members of the Support Groups Mobilisation of Fiidi Council Ward in Makurdi Local Government Area, who visited to identify with him following the appointment of one of their members, Hon. Donatus Ashwe.
The delegation expressed appreciation for the recognition accorded their community through the appointment and pledged their continued support.
