Hanacho Hails Chinda’s Leadership Beyond Constituency, Ethnicity

Blessing Hanacho has commended the leadership of the Member representing her constituency, Rep. Ogundu Kingsley Chinda, describing him as a leader whose interventions and opportunities extend beyond constituency and ethnic boundaries.

Hanacho, who shared his experience in a statement, said she had received several questions from people asking what Rep. Chinda had done for her.

According to her, one of the significant interventions of the lawmaker was his appointment as Special Adviser on Constituency Drug Advocacy and Public Sensitization, an opportunity she said she received through Chinda’s office.

Hanacho further disclosed that, through the lawmaker’s office and intervention, she was also able to secure an opportunity with a Federal Government agency.

She noted that what made the gesture particularly remarkable was the fact that she was not from Chinda’s constituency.

“Yet, he saw value in me, looked beyond where I came from, and gave me an opportunity,” Hanacho stated, adding that several other people outside Chinda’s constituency had also benefited from the lawmaker’s interventions.

She described such actions as an example of leadership that transcends geographical, ethnic and constituency boundaries.

“That, to me, is leadership beyond boundaries. Leadership beyond ethnicity. Leadership that creates opportunities for all,” she said.

Hanacho urged Rivers State residents to support Rep. Ogundu Kingsley Chinda, describing him as a leader whose approach to public service creates opportunities for people irrespective of their background.

She concluded with the slogan: “O. K. Chinda wins; Rivers State wins! OK is OKAY!”
