Ondaje Congratulates Terhemba Shija On NDC Governorship Ticket, Pledges Massive Support In Benue South

The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) House of Assembly candidate for Otukpo/Akpa State Constituency, Hon. Emmanuel Ondaje Stephen, has congratulated Prof. Terhemba Shija on his emergence as the party's governorship candidate for the 2027 Benue State governorship election.

In a congratulatory message, Ondaje described Prof. Shija's emergence as a significant milestone for the NDC and expressed confidence that his candidacy offers renewed hope for the people of Benue State.

According to him, Prof. Shija represents "the light coming to liberate Benue State," adding that the governorship candidate embodies the vision, leadership, and commitment needed to usher in a new era of development and prosperity across the state.

The House of Assembly hopeful pledged his full support for Prof. Shija's governorship bid, assuring that he would work closely with the party's candidate to mobilize overwhelming support for the NDC in Otukpo/Akpa State Constituency and across Benue South Senatorial District (Zone C).

"I am committed to working with Prof. Terhemba Shija as partners in this mission to secure a block vote for the NDC and ensure victory in the 2027 general elections," Ondaje stated.

He further called on all aspirants who participated in the party's consensus primary, party leaders, and stakeholders to close ranks and unite behind the governorship candidate in the collective interest of the party and the development of Benue State.
