The member representing Ebonyi North East Constituency in the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Hon. Mrs. Chinyere J. Nwogbaga, has distributed over 100 bags of fertilizer and other agricultural inputs to farmers, youths, women and other stakeholders across the constituency.

The annual distribution exercise, held on Friday at her Abofia country home, was organised as part of her continued efforts to support agricultural productivity, improve food production and enhance the livelihoods of her constituents.
The initiative is also in line with the administration of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru’s People’s Charter of Needs agenda, which places emphasis on empowering farmers, strengthening agricultural activities and promoting food sufficiency in the state.

Declaring the exercise open, Mrs. Nwogbaga described the intervention as her modest contribution towards supporting farmers and encouraging self-reliance among her constituents.
She expressed appreciation to the Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, and his wife, Chief Mrs. Uzoamaka Mary-Maudline Ogbonna Nwifuru, for their continued support and for creating an enabling environment for agricultural development and grassroots empowerment.

The lawmaker reaffirmed her commitment to attracting more dividends of democracy to Ebonyi North East Constituency and urged her constituents to continue supporting the APC-led administration.
Speaking during the event, stakeholders commended Mrs. Nwogbaga for what they described as her consistent support for the people of the constituency.

Those who spoke included the APC Chairman of Ebonyi Local Government Area, Chief Patrick Orogbo; Coordinator of Echiaba Development Centre, Hon. Prince Friday Daniel Oketa; Councillor representing Abofia Ward, Hon. Chinedu Isaac; and President of Nkaleke Achara Unuphu Autonomous Community Town Union, Hon. Michael Nwebonyi.

The stakeholders pledged their continued support for the lawmaker and her leadership, while acknowledging the impact of her intervention on the lives of constituents.
