2027: JUAofAfrica Presents Vision For Stronger, More Prosperous Aniocha South
The Delta State House of Assembly candidate for Aniocha South Constituency under the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Jeffrey Ugochukwu Adigwe, popularly known as JUAofAfrica, has presented a vision of purposeful, accessible and people-centred representation ahead of the 2027 election.
Adigwe said Aniocha South is blessed with hardworking people, vibrant communities, agricultural resources and significant entrepreneurial potential, stressing that the constituency requires deliberate leadership capable of transforming these advantages into sustainable opportunities.
He said his aspiration is driven by a commitment to improving the wellbeing of residents through youth empowerment, better infrastructure, quality education, accessible healthcare, agricultural development, entrepreneurship, women empowerment and support for local businesses.
The NDC candidate maintained that empowerment should go beyond temporary interventions, advocating skills development, enterprise support and productive investments capable of creating jobs and enabling residents to build sustainable livelihoods.
According to him, effective legislative representation should also involve identifying the genuine needs of constituents, advocating appropriate policies, providing oversight, attracting development opportunities and maintaining continuous engagement with the people.
A People-Centred Approach
Adigwe has consistently emphasised integrity, humility, compassion, transparency and accountability as the principles that should guide public leadership.
He said he intends to promote an open and accessible style of representation by engaging traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, women, farmers, traders, entrepreneurs and professionals in discussions about the development priorities of the constituency.
He further stressed that no community should be left behind, noting that equitable development requires attention to the different needs and aspirations of communities across Aniocha South.
His vision includes creating stronger opportunities for young people, supporting local economic activity, improving social infrastructure and strengthening collaboration between communities and relevant government institutions.
Adigwe also called for peaceful and issue-based political engagement ahead of the 2027 election, urging residents to examine the character, competence, capacity and vision of candidates before making their choice.
He said the election should be viewed as an opportunity for the people to demand responsible representation and leadership that places public interest above personal considerations.
With his campaign centred on “Service to the People,” JUAofAfrica said he remains committed to building an Aniocha South where development is more inclusive, opportunities are expanded, and residents have a stronger voice in decisions affecting their future.
He expressed confidence that through unity, purposeful leadership and collective determination, Aniocha South can overcome its challenges and achieve its full potential.
“Together, we can build the Aniocha South we deserve—one where every voice matters, every community receives meaningful attention, and every young person can look to the future with hope,” Adigwe stated.
