Nwedu Commends Governor Nwifuru For Transforming CSS Nwofe With Ultra-Modern Laboratory Complex
Hon. Nwedu Abraham Nwedu, a member of the Ebonyi State Board of Internal Revenue (EBSIRS), has commended the Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Prince Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, for what he described as a landmark investment in education through the construction of the Theresa Nkechi Okoye Laboratory Complex at Community Secondary School (CSS), Nwofe Agbaja.
In a statement, Nwedu described the newly completed two-storey laboratory complex as a world-class educational facility that reflects the governor's unwavering commitment to raising the standard of science education and preparing Ebonyi students for global competitiveness.
According to him, the state-of-the-art facility is equipped with modern Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories, solar-powered lighting, floor-to-ceiling glass, premium finishing, and other contemporary learning infrastructure designed to provide students with a conducive environment for scientific research and innovation.
He noted that the project represents more than the construction of a school laboratory, describing it as "a launchpad for genius" that will inspire future generations of scientists, medical professionals, engineers, and innovators from Ebonyi State.
Nwedu said Governor Nwifuru's intervention at CSS Nwofe has set a new benchmark for educational development in the state, adding that the project demonstrates the administration's resolve to invest in human capital as a foundation for sustainable development.
He described Governor Nwifuru as "a visionary leader, a builder of futures, and an architect of destiny," whose People's Charter of Needs agenda has continued to deliver transformative projects across critical sectors of the state's economy.
According to him, the governor's commitment to education is evidence that intentional leadership can drive lasting transformation and create opportunities for future generations.
Nwedu further expressed optimism that the Theresa Nkechi Okoye Laboratory Complex would nurture exceptional talents whose achievements would bring pride to Ebonyi State and Nigeria.
