Ikuli Highlights Lifelong Learning, Represents Niger Delta At NDA Postgraduate School

Prominent public affairs commentator and communication strategist, Mr. Wisdom Oniekpar Ikuli, has reaffirmed the importance of lifelong learning, describing education as a continuous journey that broadens knowledge, sharpens intellect, and prepares individuals to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

Ikuli made the remarks while reflecting on his academic pursuit at the Postgraduate School of the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, where he is currently studying Defence and Security Studies (DSS).

According to him, continuous education not only enhances intellectual capacity but also contributes to mental agility and personal development. He noted that advanced studies, particularly in Defence and Security Studies, expose learners to global perspectives and equip them to understand complex security challenges across nations.

"There is no end to learning. More education makes one smarter and keeps the mind active. It also broadens one's worldview, especially for students of Defence and Security Studies, who see the whole world as a laboratory for learning and strategic engagement," he stated.

Ikuli expressed pride in representing the Ijaw Nation and the geographic Niger Delta region at what is widely regarded as Africa's foremost military academy. He described his academic journey as an opportunity to serve as a worthy ambassador of his people while contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field of defence and security.

The Nigerian Defence Academy Postgraduate School remains one of Nigeria's leading institutions for advanced military, security, and strategic studies, attracting professionals and scholars from across the country and beyond.
