M.J.J Movement To Hold Back-To-School Outreach On Child Protection, Hygiene, Drug Awareness
As part of its commitment to promoting the welfare and development of children, the M.J.J Movement has announced plans to stage another edition of its annual Back-to-School Outreach Programme, with a strong focus on child protection, personal hygiene and drug abuse awareness.
The outreach is scheduled to take place on August 24, 2026, at Ogoni Central School, Amassoma, where pupils will benefit from educational sessions designed to equip them with essential life skills and promote healthy living.
According to the organisers, the initiative seeks to create awareness on the importance of safeguarding children, maintaining proper hygiene practices and resisting drug abuse, while preparing pupils for a successful academic session.
The M.J.J Movement noted that the programme reflects its unwavering commitment to empowering young people through education, advocacy and community engagement. It also called on stakeholders, community leaders and well-meaning individuals to support the initiative in order to extend its impact to more children.
The organisation reaffirmed its belief that meaningful societal transformation begins with investing in children, adding that every child deserves a safe, healthy and inspiring environment in which to learn and thrive.
