Benue APC Celebrates Governor Alia At 60, Commends Leadership, Development Strides

The Benue State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated the Executive Governor of the state, Hyacinth Iormem Alia, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, describing him as a leader committed to faith, integrity, and service to humanity.

In a statement issued on Friday by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Benedict Yawe, the APC, under the leadership of Hon. Chief Dr. Benjamin Omale, joined members of the State Working Committee, stakeholders, supporters, and the people of Benue State in celebrating the Governor’s milestone.

The party noted that Governor Alia’s six decades of life have been marked by compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people.

According to the statement, since assuming office, Governor Alia has continued to implement reforms and development programmes aimed at restoring public confidence in governance, strengthening state institutions, improving infrastructure, and promoting sustainable growth across Benue State.

The APC further stated that the Governor’s administration has demonstrated prudence, accountability, and a clear resolve to place the state on the path of stability, development, and renewed hope.

The party added that the progress recorded under his administration has continued to inspire confidence among party faithful and residents of the state, reinforcing the belief that Benue is steadily advancing toward greater prosperity.

“As Governor Alia marks this significant milestone, the Benue APC joins his family, associates, supporters, and the entire people of the state in thanking Almighty God for His grace upon his life and service to humanity,” the statement read.

The party prayed for continued good health, wisdom, strength, and greater accomplishments for the Governor in the years ahead, while wishing him many more fruitful years in the service of Benue State and Nigeria.
