APC Warns Against Fake Screening Results Ahead Of Official Publication Date

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has cautioned party members, aspirants and the general public against relying on unofficial documents and purported screening results currently circulating online regarding the State House of Assembly primaries.

According to the party’s official timetable, the publication of screening results for aspirants seeking to contest for seats in the State Houses of Assembly is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

The party stressed that any black-and-white documents, lists or purported screening reports being shared on social media or other online platforms before the official release date should be disregarded, describing them as unauthorized and misleading.

Party stakeholders urged aspirants and supporters to remain calm and await the official announcement from the APC leadership, insisting that only duly released results from the party should be considered authentic.

The development comes amid heightened political activities and growing speculation surrounding the screening process ahead of the party primaries.
