Nwifuru Approves Fully Funded Postgraduate Scholarships For First-Class Graduates Of EBSU

Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, has approved and funded Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes for all First Class graduates of Ebonyi State University (EBSU), regardless of their state of origin.
