Gisaor Pledges Support For Persons With Disabilities, APC Mobilisation

The Executive Director of Housing Finance and Account at the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor, has pledged continued support for initiatives aimed at promoting the welfare, inclusion and empowerment of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs).

Gisaor gave the assurance on Thursday when the APC Leader of Persons With Disabilities in the North Central, Hon. David Aondofa, led a delegation on a courtesy visit to his office at the FHA headquarters in Abuja.

The Executive Director expressed delight at the visit and commended Aondofa for his efforts in mobilising Persons With Disabilities and strengthening grassroots political support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia.

Gisaor also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the re-election bids of Tinubu and Alia ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He disclosed that he had established campaign offices at Plot 164, George Akume Way, Makurdi, and Tse Poor, while providing varying forms of assistance to support groups working towards the re-election of the two leaders.

He commended Aondofa for his dedication to grassroots mobilisation and his efforts to ensure that Persons With Disabilities are actively involved in political activities.

In his remarks, Aondofa congratulated Gisaor on his appointment as Executive Director of the Federal Housing Authority and expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for finding him worthy of the position.

He also commended Gisaor for what he described as a promising start to his tenure, particularly his contributions to mobilising support for the re-election of Tinubu and Alia.

Aondofa pledged to work closely with the FHA executive director to advance the re-election campaigns of both leaders ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He concluded by praying for God's guidance, strength and wisdom for Gisaor as he carries out his responsibilities at the Federal Housing Authority.
