Team Agbah, NDC Leaders Finalise Plans For October 3 10,000-Man March

Team Agbah, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) leadership in Ughelli North Local Government Area, support groups and representatives of NDC candidates have finalised plans for the October 3, 2026, 10,000-man march in Ughelli North.

The stakeholders held a joint meeting, to review preparations for the event, with participants contributing ideas and expressing their commitment to the successful organisation of the march.

The meeting was opened by the Leader of Team Agbah, Amb. Tobore Alex Agbah, who provided updates on areas of the planning that had been completed and those requiring further attention.

Agbah also disclosed that publicity activities for the march were set to commence, including the airing of a jingle on Quest FM and a 30-minute talk show as part of the mobilisation campaign.

The Team Agbah spokesperson, St. Louis, also briefed participants on preparations covering publicity, advertising, logistics and the participation of celebrities expected at the event.

Speaking at the meeting, the NDC candidate for the Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency, Dr. Christopher Ominimini Obiuwevbi, commended Agbah and the Team Agbah leadership for the initiative.

Obiuwevbi urged support groups and party members to intensify mobilisation efforts across the area and encourage widespread participation in the October 3 march.

He also assured the meeting of his personal presence and full support for the event, adding that he would mobilise his supporters to participate in the march.

The NDC Ughelli North LGA Chairman, Olorogun Nikoro, also addressed the gathering, particularly the ward chairmen, urging them to step up mobilisation within their respective wards.

He emphasised the need for collective commitment and sacrifice among party members and supporters towards the success of the event.

The meeting ended on a convivial note, with participants sharing food and refreshments provided by Obiuwevbi.

The gathering underscored the ongoing coordination among Team Agbah, the NDC Ughelli North LGA leadership, support groups and candidates as preparations continue for the October 3, 2026, 10,000-man march.
