The Convener of Oza United Forum for Peace and Development, Hon. Blessing Iyare Enabulele, popularly known as BIE-OZA1STBORN, has donated writing materials, including notebooks and pens, to pupils of Odionza Primary School and Oza Primary School in Oza-Aibiokunla.
The donation was made during a visit to the schools as pupils resumed for the new academic session, as part of the initiative’s efforts to support education and ease the burden on parents in providing basic learning materials for their children.
At Odionza Primary School, Hon. Enabulele was received by the Headmistress, Mrs. Sarah Oduware, alongside members of the teaching staff, including Mr. Osayomore Amowie, who was described as a pragmatic and development-oriented Ozarian.
The donated materials included customised notebooks and writing pens bearing the identity of the Oza United Forum for Peace and Development. The initiative was aimed at encouraging pupils to remain committed to their education while supporting families within the community.
Speaking on the gesture, the initiative stressed the importance of collective responsibility in raising and educating children, noting that every member of the community has a role to play in creating an environment where children can learn, grow and develop.
The pupils expressed excitement and appreciation for the donation, which was also extended to Oza Primary School, Hon. Enabulele’s alma mater.
The initiative reaffirmed its commitment to supporting education, promoting peace and contributing to the development of Oza-Aibiokunla.
