The Executive Director, Housing Finance and Account, Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Dr. Vincent Iorja Gisaor, has welcomed the Alia Care Giver Initiative and pledged his support for the programme aimed at providing care and assistance to elderly persons in society.

Gisaor made the commitment when he received the Coordinator of the Alia Care Giver Initiative and Principal Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State on Community Relations and Mobilisation, Hon. Godwin Wandedoo Denen, who paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja.
The FHA Executive Director described caring for the elderly as a profound way of life that aligns with the will of God, commending the initiative for its focus on supporting senior citizens.

He assured the delegation that his full participation and support for the programme would commence in 2027, while also commending Denen for his commitment and relentless efforts towards the success of the initiative.
Earlier, Denen congratulated Gisaor on his appointment as Executive Director at the Federal Housing Authority, describing him as a suitable choice for the position.

He prayed for God to grant Gisaor the wisdom, strength and grace required to succeed in his new national assignment.

Denen also formally presented the Alia Care Giver Initiative to the FHA Executive Director, seeking his endorsement and support for the programme.

Also present during the visit were Hon. Mark Dughna, a former APC aspirant for the Gboko East State House of Assembly seat, and Hon. Abaji Sefa.
