Aiguobarueghian Builds Six-Classroom Block For Payne Primary School In Evboneka

Hon. Charity Iguodala Aiguobarueghian has constructed a new six-classroom block, complete with offices and toilet facilities, for Payne Primary School in Evboneka Ward 8, Ovia Federal Constituency.

The intervention followed concerns raised by elders and youths of the community over the deplorable condition of the school’s existing structure and their appeal for urgent assistance.

Payne Primary School, a historic institution in the community, had over the years suffered significant structural deterioration, making it increasingly difficult to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for pupils and teachers.

The newly constructed classroom block is therefore expected to provide a more suitable learning environment while addressing some of the pressing infrastructural challenges confronting the school.

Beyond the physical structure, the project is being described as an investment in the future of the children of Evboneka Ward 8, offering renewed hope to pupils, improved working conditions for teachers and relief to parents and the wider community.

The intervention also underscores the importance of community engagement in identifying critical needs and developing practical responses to them.

Aiguobarueghian, who is the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the House of Representatives for Ovia Federal Constituency, has continued to emphasise education, human development and community-focused interventions as key areas of concern ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The project, according to the initiative, reflects his commitment to responding to issues raised by constituents through tangible interventions that directly impact their lives.
