Nwezenyi Junction Flyover Nears Completion As Nwifuru Intensifies Road Infrastructure Drive
The ongoing construction of the Nwezenyi Junction Flyover in Ebonyi State is gradually approaching completion, reflecting the administration’s commitment to delivering durable and modern road infrastructure across the state.
The development was disclosed on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, by the Special Assistant to the Governor on Documentation, Dr. Boniface Nwankwo, who noted that the project was part of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru’s broader efforts to transform the state’s urban and rural road network.
Nwankwo said Governor Nwifuru remained intentional about providing sustainable infrastructure capable of improving transportation, enhancing connectivity and supporting economic activities across the length and breadth of Ebonyi State.
He expressed optimism that more developmental achievements would be recorded under the Nwifuru administration, urging the people of the state to continue to support the governor’s development agenda.
According to him, the steady progress of the Nwezenyi Junction Flyover further demonstrates the administration’s commitment to completing critical infrastructure projects for the benefit of present and future generations.
“More can be achieved with him on the saddle,” Nwankwo stated.
