NDC Youth Wing Inaugurates Sagbama LGA Ward, Unit Executives

The Youth Wing of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), Bayelsa State Chapter, has inaugurated the Sagbama Local Government Area (LGA) Ward and Unit Executives as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure across the state.

The inauguration ceremony brought together party leaders, stakeholders, youth leaders, ward executives, unit executives and supporters, who gathered to witness the formal commencement of the new executives’ responsibilities.

Speaking at the occasion, the leadership of the NDC Youth Wing charged the newly inaugurated executives to remain committed, disciplined and dedicated to the growth and development of the party.

The executives were also urged to take the message and programmes of the NDC to every ward, unit, community and household, while maintaining unity and strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots.

The inauguration was described as another significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to build a strong and effective grassroots structure for the NDC Youth Wing in Bayelsa State.

The successful exercise further demonstrated the growing mobilisation and organisational strength of the NDC Youth Wing in Sagbama LGA, with party supporters expressing optimism about the future of the movement in the area.

With the inauguration of the ward and unit executives, Sagbama LGA is expected to play a more active role in the grassroots mobilisation and expansion of the NDC across Bayelsa State.

The State Coordinator of the NDC Youth Wing, Bayelsa State Chapter, Hon. Isoun Douye McCarthy, commended the participants and charged the newly inaugurated executives to work collectively towards advancing the ideals and objectives of the party.
