JUAofAfrica Advocates People-Centred Representation, Accountability, Development In Aniocha South
The Delta State House of Assembly candidate for Aniocha South Constituency under the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Jeffrey Ugochukwu Adigwe, popularly known as JUAofAfrica, has called for a renewed conversation on representation, development and the future of communities across Aniocha South.
Adigwe said effective representation must begin with listening to the people and understanding the challenges affecting their daily lives, including infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, employment and economic opportunities.
He stressed the need for traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, women and other stakeholders to play active roles in identifying community needs and developing practical solutions.
According to him, the youth remain a major asset to the constituency and should be provided with opportunities to acquire relevant skills, pursue entrepreneurship and contribute meaningfully to the development of their communities.
The NDC candidate also advocated greater transparency and accountability in constituency development, saying public resources and development opportunities should be administered fairly and in a manner that benefits communities across Aniocha South.
Adigwe described his political aspiration as a commitment to listening, service, accountability and meaningful development, rather than simply occupying public office.
He acknowledged that sustainable development requires collective effort, calling for greater participation from residents and stakeholders in shaping the future of the constituency.
“This is a new conversation about responsible leadership, service, development, and putting the people first,” Adigwe said, urging residents to contribute their ideas and participate constructively in the development process.
He expressed confidence that through collaboration and a shared sense of responsibility, Aniocha South can build a future anchored on opportunity, inclusion, accountability and sustainable community development.
Adigwe concluded with a call for collective action, saying, “Together, let us build a better Aniocha South.”
