Gov. Oborevwori Celebrates Chief James Ibori At 68, Hails His Enduring Legacy Of Leadership

 Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm congratulations to former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, on the occasion of his 68th birthday, describing him as a dynamic, inspirational and visionary leader whose contributions to the growth and development of Delta State remain remarkable.
