The Ebonyi State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Oguzorkanu Offia-Nwali, has celebrated his 40th birthday with a heartfelt reflection on his life's journey, expressing profound gratitude to Almighty God for the experiences that have shaped him over the past four decades.
