Amb. Odiase Advocates People-Centred Leadership, Stronger Orhionmwon South

Amb. Etinosa Odiase has reiterated his commitment to people-centred leadership, community development and inclusive growth in Orhionmwon South, stressing the need for leaders to remain genuinely connected to the people they seek to serve.

Odiase, who has continued to maintain a visible presence within communities across Orhionmwon South, said effective leadership should be rooted in genuine concern for the welfare and aspirations of ordinary citizens.

According to him, leadership goes beyond occupying a position of authority, noting that leaders must be willing to listen to the people, understand their challenges and work towards solutions that can improve their quality of life.

He emphasised that every community deserves adequate attention and meaningful development, while every citizen should have the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the progress of society.
