JUAofAfrica Urges Aniocha South Residents To Remain Hopeful, Reaffirms Commitment To Purposeful Representation
The Delta State House of Assembly candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for Aniocha South Constituency, Hon. Jeffrey Ugochukwu Adigwe (JUAofAfrica), has called on residents of the constituency to remain hopeful, resilient, and united as they look toward the 2027 general elections.
In a Sunday message to supporters and the people of Aniocha South, Adigwe reflected on the power of perseverance, saying that challenges should be viewed as opportunities for growth and success.
According to him, those who seek to discourage or undermine others often fail to realise that adversity can become the foundation for greater achievements.
"Those who tried to bury me didn't realise they were burying a seed. Every seed planted has the potential to grow, flourish, and bear fruit. Just wait and see what this seed becomes," Adigwe stated.
Drawing inspiration from the Scriptures, the NDC candidate cited Job 5:12 and Psalm 7:16, urging Nigerians to trust in God's justice and remain steadfast in doing what is right rather than responding to challenges with bitterness.
Adigwe expressed appreciation to his supporters for their unwavering encouragement and prayers, describing them as the driving force behind his determination to serve the people of Aniocha South with integrity, transparency, and dedication.
He reiterated that his aspiration is rooted in a genuine desire to provide effective representation and champion policies that will improve road infrastructure, strengthen healthcare delivery, enhance educational opportunities, empower youths and women, promote agriculture, support entrepreneurship, and attract sustainable development to all eleven wards of the constituency.
The House of Assembly hopeful also reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining an open-door leadership style, engaging regularly with constituents, collaborating with traditional rulers and community leaders, and ensuring that the voices of the people are reflected in every legislative decision.
Supporters of Adigwe described him as a beacon of hope for Aniocha South, expressing confidence that his leadership would usher in a new era of accountable governance, inclusive development, and economic opportunities for young people and local communities.
