Nwifuru Thanks Ebonyians, Reaffirms Commitment To Greater Development As Administration Marks Third Anniversary

 

Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Prnc. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, has expressed profound gratitude to God and the people of the state as his administration marked its third anniversary in office.

The Governor made this known on Sunday during a thanksgiving service held at the Government House Chapel, Centenary City, Abakaliki, to commemorate three years of his administration.

Reflecting on the journey so far, Governor Nwifuru said the occasion provided an opportunity to appreciate God's abundant grace, mercy, and faithfulness throughout the administration's period of service to the people of Ebonyi State.

He noted that the achievements recorded over the past three years were made possible through divine guidance, collective support, and the unwavering commitment of Ebonyians to the growth and development of the state.

The Governor extended his appreciation to the founding fathers of Ebonyi State, former governors, political leaders, stakeholders, and citizens for their continuous support, prayers, and dedication to the shared vision of building a better state.

According to him, the confidence reposed in his administration serves as a source of motivation to deliver greater dividends of democracy through impactful governance, improved service delivery, and people-oriented policies.

Governor Nwifuru reaffirmed his administration's commitment to justifying the trust of the people by sustaining developmental projects and implementing programmes aimed at improving the welfare of citizens across the state.

He also called on aspirants seeking elective positions under the platform of the ruling party to remain focused on service, unity, and the collective interest of the people, stressing that leadership should be driven by a genuine desire to advance the common good.

The Governor assured Ebonyians that his administration would continue to work tirelessly to make the state a source of pride for all its citizens.

He further appreciated the Church, members of the clergy, and all well-meaning citizens for their continuous prayers and support, emphasizing that with God's guidance, Ebonyi State would continue on the path of unity, prosperity, and sustainable development.
