DTA 2027: Thomas Attah Emerges As Grassroots Voice For Akoko-Edo, Urges Citizens To Secure PVCs

The DTA Initiative Media Force has reaffirmed its support for the aspiration of Chief Dr. Thomas Attah ahead of the 2027 political season, describing him as a true representative of the grassroots and a beacon of hope for the people of Akoko-Edo.

In a statement issued by the group, Chief Attah was portrayed as a leader whose voice resonates with the everyday realities of ordinary citizens, particularly farmers, traders, students, and healthcare seekers across the constituency.

According to the statement, Thomas Attah is not a distant political figure but a grassroots-oriented leader who understands the challenges confronting the people, including the rising cost of living, poor road infrastructure, educational needs, and access to quality healthcare.

The group emphasized that the National Democratic Party (NDP) symbolizes hope, progress, and light, expressing confidence that Chief Attah possesses the vision and capacity to take that message of transformation to the national stage in Abuja on behalf of Akoko-Edo.

As preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum, the DTA Initiative Media Force called on eligible voters to actively participate in the democratic process by obtaining and safeguarding their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).

"The future is not something that will simply arrive on its own; it is something we must collectively build," the statement noted, stressing that citizen participation remains crucial to shaping the destiny of the constituency and the nation.

The group concluded by urging residents of Akoko-Edo to rally behind Chief Dr. Thomas Attah's vision of inclusive development, effective representation, and sustainable progress.
