The Special Assistant to the Governor of Ebonyi State on Documentation, Dr. Boniface Nwankwo, has disclosed that the ongoing construction of the Odomoke-Ndioke-Okoffia-Ngbo road is progressing steadily as part of Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru’s commitment to durable rural infrastructure development across the State.

Dr. Nwankwo stated that the road project, being constructed with 8-inch rigid pavement technology, is designed to provide lasting and sustainable connectivity for the benefiting communities.
According to him, the Governor Francis Nwifuru-led administration remains focused on delivering quality infrastructure that will improve transportation, boost economic activities, and enhance the living conditions of rural dwellers.

He noted that proper and durable connectivity of rural road infrastructure remains one of the ultimate goals of the present administration under the People’s Charter of Needs agenda.

The Odomoke-Ndioke-Okoffia-Ngbo road, upon completion, is expected to ease the movement of people and goods, particularly agricultural produce, while strengthening socio-economic activities within the area.

Residents of the benefiting communities have continued to commend Governor Nwifuru for extending infrastructural development to rural areas, describing the project as a major step toward inclusive growth and development in Ebonyi State.
