Ebonyi Governor Celebrates Scholars On Fully Funded PhD Admission To Scottish University

  

 Governor of Ebonyi State has congratulated a group of outstanding scholars from the state following their successful completion of Master’s degree programmes and subsequent admission into fully funded PhD studies at the prestigious Robert Gordon University.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Governor described the development as a moment of pride and joy for the state, noting that the academic achievements of the students reflect dedication, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.

The Governor, who referred to himself as “a proud father,” expressed confidence in the scholars’ ability to excel in their doctoral programmes and become worthy ambassadors of Ebonyi State on the global stage.

He urged the students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to academic excellence as they begin a new phase of their educational journey abroad.

According to him, the knowledge and experience they would acquire during their studies should be channelled towards providing innovative solutions and contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of Ebonyi State and Nigeria at large.

The Governor further prayed for God’s guidance and success for the scholars throughout their PhD programmes, while encouraging them to continue breaking new grounds and making the state proud.
